                                                                                                                                             I.     Introduction

The existing system is manual which requires a lot of paperwork and it requires a lot of time for processing. This system has to prepare registration\application form, question paper for the students, and required to print a lot of numbers manually. Answer papers of the students should be checked manually; it requires more time and mistakes may happen. To calculate how many students registered, and verification of details of these students in a month by hand is very difficult. The limitation of the existing system is that it is not all personalized. It cannot be used for personal and quick reference.

To overcome this problem a computerized system is developed which can able to reduce the number of problems and limitations which arise in this system with the help of a computer. It can possible to access any information fast. There is no possibility of loss or mismatch of any records. The accurate information is accessible with the help of a computer.

                                                                                                                            II.   PROPOSED SYSTEM

The proposed system is the automation of the existing procedure. Fast retrieval and data accuracy will be the major benefits of the system. Also, errors can be minimized. A password protection facility is also incorporated to protect the system from unauthorized access to data.
The modern computerized system is developed with the aim to overcome the drawbacks of the existing system. The proposed system has got many advantages. The new system is more personalized It is made in a quick and easy referential manner. The advantages of the proposed system are that security is maintained in the new system. The questions for the exams will prepare by the administrator and the answers will be published immediately after completing the exam.
The objective of the project “ExamHub.com” is to make evaluation and conduction of examination massive but simple, cost-effective, and faster. The online objective exam system is an online test system that allows students to take online tests and automatically generates results based on answers marked by Students. The system is to be used for various online tests conducted by schools colleges and other institutions. The system is an online application that can be used to take tests online and get instant results.

The objectives of the systems are:

·         To provide an interface through which students can appear for online examination.
·         To provide registration for students done by themselves.
·         To not provide the facility of copy and paste while attempting the subjective questions on the web page.
